Zingy Noodle Salad
Ingredients

rice noodles

carrot, julienned
1 cup
cucumber, sliced
1/2 cup
red bell pepper, sliced

fresh cilantro, chopped

peanuts, chopped

soy sauce

peanut butter

lime juice

sesame oil
Instructions
STEP 1
Cook the noodles according to package instructions, then drain and rinse under cold water.,
