Vinegar Chicken With Crushed Olive Dressing

Ingredients
3 1/2 pounds
bone-in, skin-on chicken parts
1 teaspoon
ground turmeric
6 tablespoons
olive oil
To taste
Kosher salt and black pepper
1/2 cup
white wine vinegar
1 1/2 cups
green Castelvetrano olives, crushed and pitted
2 cloves
garlic, finely grated
1 cup
parsley, chopped
Instructions
STEP 1
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Toss chicken with turmeric, olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet. Pour vinegar over chicken.
STEP 2
Bake chicken until cooked through and browned, about 25 to 30 minutes.
STEP 3
Combine olives, garlic, parsley, remaining olive oil, and water in a bowl; season with salt and pepper.
STEP 4
Transfer baked chicken to a platter; leave juices in the pan.
STEP 5
Pour olive mixture onto the baking sheet, scraping up bits from the chicken. Pour olive mixture over the chicken to serve.
