Instructions

Add roast to a baking dish, cover, and bake for 1 hour per pound.

Remove roast from oven, shred into chunks with two forks.

If not shredding easily, return to oven for 30 minutes.

Raise oven heat to 425°F.

Toss shredded roast in rendered fat; bake uncovered for 25 minutes.
