Instructions

Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, blackened seasoning, and complete seasoning.

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the salmon fillets until cooked through and lightly browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.

In the same skillet, add butter and garlic butter, then sauté the minced garlic and green onions until fragrant.

Add halved grape tomatoes and spinach to the skillet, cooking until spinach wilts and tomatoes soften.

Pour in the heavy whipping cream and add chive & onion cream cheese, stirring until the sauce is creamy and well combined.

Squeeze fresh lemon juice and add lemon butter garlic seasoning to the sauce, mixing well.

Return the cooked salmon to the skillet, breaking it into chunks if desired, and combine with the sauce and vegetables.

Add the cooked penne pasta to the skillet and toss everything together to coat the pasta with the creamy sauce.

Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
