Toaster-Oven Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Ingredients
12 ounces
brussels sprouts
4 teaspoons
water
1 tablespoon
extra-virgin olive oil
⅛ teaspoon
table salt
Pinch
pepper
lemon wedges
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat toaster oven to 450 degrees.
STEP 2
Toss brussels sprouts, water, oil, salt, and pepper on baking sheet.
STEP 3
Arrange cut side down in a single layer.
STEP 4
Cover tightly with aluminum foil and roast for 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Remove foil and roast until browned and tender, 10 to 15 more minutes.
STEP 6
Season with salt and pepper. Serve with lemon wedges.
