Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
STEP 2
Mix cake mix, water, eggs, and oil in a bowl using an electric mixer for 2 minutes until smooth. Pour into the prepared dish.
STEP 3
Bake for 29 to 34 minutes. Cool cake for at least 30 minutes.
STEP 4
Whisk together sweetened condensed milk, coffee liqueur, cocoa powder, espresso powder, and sea salt in a bowl until smooth.
STEP 5
Poke holes into the cake with a chopstick. Pour drizzle over the cake, ensuring it seeps in. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light. Add cream cheese and 3 tablespoons liqueur; beat well.
STEP 7
In a separate bowl, beat heavy cream until stiff peaks form; fold into egg yolk mixture. Spread topping over the cooled cake. Dust with cocoa powder. Cover and refrigerate.
