Follow boxed brownie directions (or opt for a homemade recipe) and bake brownies as instructed, then allow to cool.,

Begin prepping tiramisu by combining egg yolks, sugar, and amaretto in a double boiler. Be sure to not let it get too hot or eggs will scramble! Mix for about 3 minutes.,

Once that is combined, remove from heat and pour over mascarpone in a separate bowl. Beat with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes. Don't over-mix.,

In a separate bowl, beat heavy whipping cream with 1 tbs. sugar until fluffy.,

Fold whipped cream into mascarpone mixture. Then, cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.,

While that chills in the fridge, beginning prepping lady fingers by dipping in a bowl of espresso or very strong coffee. Ladyfingers will soak up the liquid fast so only dunk for 1-2 seconds.,

Once everything is chilled and prepped, stack ladyfingers onto brownies, then spread tiramisu filling on top.,

Finally, dust with cocoa powder and you're ready to slice and serve!
