1/2 c.

feta cheese, crumbled

fresh dill, for garnish

Instructions
STEP 1
Add lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, red wine vinegar, garlic, shallots, scallions, spinach, dill, nutritional yeast, and oregano to a blender. Blend until smooth, then season to taste with salt and pepper.
STEP 2
In a large bowl, toss together cabbage, cucumbers, scallions, and feta until combined. Pour dressing over the salad and toss to coat. Garnish with dill and sesame seeds, and serve with pita.
