In a mixing bowl, soak panko in chicken broth. Add turkey, eggs, salt, pepper, and cooled onion mixture. Mix well. Shape into a 10-by-5-inch loaf on the baking sheet. Coat with ketchup.

Bake the meatloaf in the oven, reducing temperature to 350 degrees F. Cook until a thermometer reads 165 degrees F, about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Let cool slightly before slicing.
