Instructions
STEP 1
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced onion and bell pepper, cooking until softened.
STEP 2
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant. Add ground beef, breaking it up and cooking until browned.
STEP 3
Stir in tomato sauce, ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, vinegar, paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper. Simmer until thickened.
STEP 4
Serve the meat mixture on toasted hamburger buns.
