The Best Marinade for Chicken Wings
Ingredients
1/2 cup
chili sauce
1/4 cup
maple syrup
1/4 cup
molasses
1/4 cup
cider vinegar
2 tablespoons
Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons
low-sodium soy sauce
2 teaspoons
chili powder
1 teaspoon
ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon
cayenne pepper
3 cloves
garlic, finely chopped
Kosher salt
Spices and Seasonings
3 pounds
chicken wing segments
Instructions
STEP 1
Whisk together sauce ingredients in a bowl.
STEP 2
Reserve half of marinade for later use.
STEP 3
Toss wings in remaining marinade and refrigerate.
STEP 4
Preheat oven to 400°F.
STEP 5
Roast wings on lined baking sheets for 25 minutes.
STEP 6
Brush with reserved marinade and flip.
STEP 7
Continue roasting until wings are tender and brown.
