chickpeas
2/3 cup
tahini
1 clove
garlic
1/4 teaspoon
ground cumin
1/3 cup
lemon juice
to taste
kosher salt
to drizzle
olive oil
for sprinkling
smoked paprika
for serving

Instructions
STEP 1
Drain the chickpeas and reserve liquid.
STEP 2
Process tahini, garlic, and cumin in a food processor until smooth. Gradually add reserved chickpea liquid until creamy.
STEP 3
Add chickpeas, lemon juice, and salt; process until extremely smooth. Adjust seasoning as needed.
STEP 4
Spoon hummus into a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, top with reserved chickpeas, and sprinkle with paprika. Serve with pita or vegetables.
