The Best Buttermilk Pancakes
Ingredients
3 cups
all-purpose flour
1/3 cup
sugar
1 teaspoon
baking powder
1/2 teaspoon
baking soda
1 teaspoon
kosher salt
2 large
eggs
2 1/2 cups
buttermilk
1 teaspoon
pure vanilla extract
1 stick
unsalted butter (melted)
Butter and maple syrup

Instructions
STEP 1
Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
STEP 2
In another bowl, whisk eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, and melted butter.
STEP 3
Combine mixtures until just combined, with some lumps.
STEP 4
Heat a griddle over medium; brush with butter.
STEP 5
Pour 1/2 cup batter for each pancake; cook until bubbles form and bottom browns.
STEP 6
Flip and cook until golden on the other side. Serve with butter and maple syrup.
