Instructions
STEP 1
Grate ginger, garlic, and jalapeño.
STEP 2
Mix chicken, cilantro, fish sauce, and salt.
STEP 3
Form 2-inch meatballs and brown in oil.
STEP 4
Sauté reserved ginger mixture in pot.
STEP 5
Add broth, coconut milk, and meatballs.
STEP 6
Stir in spinach and lime juice before serving.
