In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, 3 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons brown sugar, minced garlic, and egg whites. Form into 1-ounce meatballs and transfer to the baking sheet.

Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Ensure internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine crushed pineapple, 1/2 cup soy sauce, 1/4 cup brown sugar, garlic salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer.
