Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F.
STEP 2
In a skillet, cook ground beef until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess grease.
STEP 3
Add corn, salsa, processed cheese, cream cheese, and taco seasoning to beef. Stir to combine.
STEP 4
Spread beef mixture in a baking dish. Top with potato nuggets, black olives, jalapenos, and Cheddar cheese.
STEP 5
Bake for 25 minutes until crispy and cheese is bubbly. Garnish with sour cream before serving.
