Light a grill or preheat the broiler. In a small bowl, mix the lemon juice with salt until dissolved. Stir in oregano. Slowly whisk in the olive oil and season with pepper.

Grill the swordfish over high heat, turning once, for 6 to 7 minutes until cooked. Transfer to a platter. Prick each steak with a fork to allow sauce to penetrate. Beat the sauce and drizzle over the fish. Serve immediately.
