Sweet Potato Brownies

milk, or as needed
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 10x13-inch baking dish.
STEP 2
Beat white sugar and softened butter until creamy. Add sweet potato, flour, pecans, eggs, vanilla, and salt, mixing until smooth. Pour into prepared dish.
STEP 3
Bake 30 to 40 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
STEP 4
Whisk confectioners' sugar and melted butter in a bowl; add milk to make a thin glaze. Spread over brownies while warm. Cool and slice.
