Summer Veggies on the Grill
Ingredients

yellow summer squash

red bell pepper
1 (8 ounce)
package fresh baby bella mushrooms
1/2 bunch
fresh asparagus spears
1/2 (10 ounce)
container grape tomatoes
3 tablespoons
Roasted Garlic Infused Oil
1 tablespoon
Onion Onion™ Seasoning
Instructions
STEP 1
Combine all ingredients in a gallon freezer bag. Seal well; toss to coat.
STEP 2
Prepare grill to medium heat. Place grill basket on grill. Empty contents of bag into basket.
STEP 3
Cook, stirring occasionally, until veggies are crisp-tender or desired doneness, about 15-20 minutes.
STEP 4
Makes 6 servings.
STEP 5
Make Ahead: Prepare step 1. Refrigerate up to 1 day. Continue with step 2.
