Stuffed Shells

Large shell macaroni
2 LB
Ricotta cheese

1/4 cup
Parsley
1 tsp
Salt

Instructions
STEP 1
Cook large shell macaroni al dente and drain into colander.
STEP 2
In a medium bowl, combine ricotta cheese, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
STEP 3
Line a casserole dish with tomato sauce at the bottom.
STEP 4
Fill each shell with the ricotta mixture using a tablespoon.
STEP 5
Place filled shells in the casserole dish in a single layer.
STEP 6
After each layer, add tomato sauce on top.
STEP 7
Fill all shells and alternate layers with tomato sauce.
STEP 8
If desired, top with shredded mozzarella cheese.
STEP 9
Heat in a 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes or until sauce bubbles on top. Serve.
