Stuffed Jack-O'-Lantern Bell Peppers

Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease an 11x17-inch baking dish.
STEP 2
Mix together beef, egg, bread cubes, onion, tomato, garlic, chili sauce, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
STEP 3
Wash peppers, cut faces into peppers, and scoop out seeds. Stuff with beef mixture and place in baking dish.
STEP 4
Bake until peppers are tender and stuffing is cooked, about 1 hour.
