Stuffed Cream Cheese Mushrooms

Grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon

Instructions

Clean mushrooms with a damp towel. Remove and chop stems.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Fry chopped stems and garlic until moisture is gone (3 to 5 minutes). Cool for 10 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, Parmesan, black pepper, onion powder, and cayenne into cooled mixture until thick. Fill mushroom caps with stuffing.

Bake until hot and liquid forms under caps, about 20 minutes.
