Instructions
STEP 1
Season the steak with salt and pepper. Cook on a hot grill or skillet for about 5-7 minutes on each side for medium doneness.
STEP 2
While the steak cooks, steam broccoli for about 5 minutes until tender.
STEP 3
In a bowl, whisk 4 eggs. Pour into a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Stir occasionally until scrambled, about 5 minutes.
STEP 4
For the salmon, season with your choice of spices, then grill or bake at 375°F for about 15 minutes, or until fully cooked.
STEP 5
Serve everything on a plate while hot.
