Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
STEP 2
Cook lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
STEP 3
In a pan, brown ground beef; drain excess fat.
STEP 4
Mix in pasta sauce, then simmer for 10 minutes.
STEP 5
In a bowl, combine ricotta cheese, one egg, salt, and pepper.
STEP 6
Spread a layer of sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
STEP 7
Layer noodles, ricotta, mozzarella, and sauce; repeat layers.
STEP 8
Finish with a layer of sauce and mozzarella.
STEP 9
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
STEP 10
Uncover and bake for an additional 15 minutes until bubbly.
STEP 11
Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
