Spinach and Cheese Stuffed Mushrooms

Large Mushrooms

Fresh Spinach

Cream Cheese

Shredded Cheese (e.g., mozzarella)

Olive Oil

Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp

Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
STEP 2
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems. Set the caps aside.
STEP 3
Finely chop the mushroom stems and sauté them in a pan with olive oil over medium heat for about 3 minutes.
STEP 4
Add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
STEP 5
In a bowl, mix the sautéed mushroom stems, spinach, cream cheese, and half of the shredded cheese until well combined.
STEP 6
Stuff each mushroom cap with the mixture and place them in a baking dish.
STEP 7
Top the stuffed mushrooms with the remaining shredded cheese.
STEP 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
STEP 9
Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
