Spinach & Coconut Curry
Ingredients

2 cloves
garlic
1 inch
ginger
4 cups
spinach
1 can
coconut milk
to taste
salt
to taste

Instructions
STEP 1
Heat a pan over medium heat and add a splash of water or oil.,
STEP 2
Add chopped onions and cook until soft.,

Stir in garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.,
STEP 4
Add the spinach and cook until wilted.,
