Instructions
STEP 1
Begin by marinating the chicken. In a bowl, combine 2 tablespoons of olive oil, the juice of 1 lime, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Add 2 chicken breasts to the marinade, coat well, and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.,
STEP 2
While the chicken is marinating, prepare the spicy mango salsa. In a mixing bowl, combine 1 ripe mango (diced), 1 avocado (diced), 1/2 small red onion (finely chopped), 1 jalapeño (seeded and minced), the juice of 1 lime, and a pinch of salt. Mix gently and set aside.,
