Spicy Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
2 cloves
garlic
1 dried
chile pepper
1 tablespoon
olive oil
1 teaspoon
whole grain mustard
2 tablespoons
fresh lime juice
to taste
sea salt
to taste
black pepper
2 (6 ounce)
salmon fillets
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking dish with foil and grease it.
STEP 2
In a mortar, grind garlic, chile pepper, and olive oil into a paste. Mix with mustard, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
STEP 3
Coat salmon fillets in the paste and place in the baking dish.
STEP 4
Bake salmon for 12-15 minutes until flaked easily with a fork.
