Spiced Almond Cookies
Ingredients
2 cups
almond flour
1/2 cup
coconut sugar
1 tsp
cinnamon
1/2 tsp
nutmeg
1/4 tsp
salt
1/2 cup
almond butter
1/4 cup
maple syrup
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).,
STEP 2
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, coconut sugar, and spices until well combined.,
STEP 3
Add the almond butter and maple syrup to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.,
STEP 4
Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.,

Flatten each ball slightly with your hand or a fork.,
STEP 6
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.,

Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
