Instructions

Grease a deep 9x13 inch baking dish.

In a skillet, cook Italian sausage until no longer pink; drain excess grease.

Transfer sausage to a large mixing bowl.

In the same skillet, heat olive oil and cook pancetta until browned. Add onions and celery; cook until soft.

Stir in garlic; cook until fragrant.

Scrape mixture into the bowl with sausage.

Add French bread, cornbread, sage, poultry seasoning, salt, and pine nuts; stir well.

Pour in chicken broth and mozzarella; mix until absorbed.
