Smoked Salmon Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
3 tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
8 ounces
mozzarella cheese
1 ounce
Parmesan cheese
4 ounces
cottage cheese
1/4 teaspoon
dried oregano
,
Salt and pepper
Pinch
cayenne pepper
1 pound
pizza dough
6
large eggs
3 tablespoons
capers
1/4 cup
red onion
3 ounces
smoked salmon
1/4 cup
sour cream
2 tablespoons
minced chives
1 tablespoon
fresh dill
Instructions
STEP 1
Pull dough from fridge 1 hour early.
STEP 2
Preheat oven to 500°F. Grease sheet pan.
STEP 3
Mix mozzarella and Parmesan; set aside. Combine cottage cheese, oregano, pepper, cayenne, and oil in another bowl; set aside.
STEP 4
Roll dough into 15x11-inch rectangle. Place on sheet and bake for 5 minutes until slightly brown.
STEP 5
Spread cottage cheese mixture on top, leaving a 1-inch border.
STEP 6
Sprinkle cheese mixture on pizza, forming 6 wells. Crack an egg into each well, seasoning with salt and pepper.
STEP 7
Bake until eggs are just set, about 9-12 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes.
STEP 8
Top with capers, onion, salmon, sour cream, chives, and dill. Slice and serve.
