Slow Cooker Peaches and Cream Steel-Cut Oatmeal
Ingredients

water
1 cup
steel-cut oats
1 cup
milk
2 tablespoons
butter
2 tablespoons
brown sugar
1 teaspoon
vanilla extract
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1 cup
diced fresh peaches
Instructions
STEP 1
Place water, oats, milk, butter, brown sugar, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt in a bowl.
STEP 2
Put the bowl in a slow cooker filled with water up to the bowl's level. Cover it.
STEP 3
Cook on Low until oats are tender, 6 to 8 hours.
STEP 4
Stir in peaches and juices. Cover and cook on Low until warmed, about 30 minutes. Serve.
