Slow Cooker Cream Cheese Chicken Chili
Ingredients

chicken breast halves
1 can
corn
1 can
black beans
1 can
diced tomatoes with chiles
1
ranch dressing mix
1 tablespoon
chili powder
1 teaspoon
ground cumin
1 teaspoon
onion powder
1 package
light cream cheese
Instructions
STEP 1
Place chicken at bottom of slow cooker.
STEP 2
Add corn, black beans, and diced tomatoes on top.
STEP 3
Top with ranch dressing mix, chili powder, cumin, and onion powder; stir to combine.
STEP 4
Place cream cheese on top. Cover slow cooker.
STEP 5
Cook on Low until chicken is cooked through, 6 to 8 hours.
STEP 6
Shred chicken with forks; serve.
