Shrimp Scampi With Orzo

Ingredients
1 pound
large shrimp, peeled and deveined
3 tablespoons
extra-virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon
lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon
red-pepper flakes
Kosher salt and black pepper
seasoning
4 cloves
garlic, minced
2 tablespoons
unsalted butter
1 cup
orzo
1/3 cup
dry white wine
2 cups
boiling water or stock
3 tablespoons
finely chopped parsley
Instructions

In a skillet, heat butter and oil. Toast orzo, then add wine and water. Cook until orzo is al dente.

Place marinated shrimp on top of the orzo, cover, and cook until shrimp is pink.

Sprinkle with parsley and lemon juice, then serve.
