yellow onion, chopped

green bell pepper, chopped

celery, chopped
5 cloves
garlic, finely chopped

chicken stock

fresh bay leaves
2 cups
chopped tomatoes

scallions, chopped

Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon
hot sauce
1/2 teaspoon
kosher salt
2 tablespoons
vegetable oil
1 1/2 pounds
medium shrimp, peeled
Instructions
STEP 1
Mix kosher salt, hot paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne, thyme, and oregano for seasoning.
STEP 2
Melt butter in a skillet over medium-high. Sauté onion, bell pepper, celery, and garlic until soft.
STEP 3
Add chicken stock, Creole seasoning, bay leaves. Bring to boil; reduce heat and simmer until reduced.
STEP 4
Stir in tomatoes; cook until thickened. Add scallions, Worcestershire sauce, hot sauce, and additional salt. Set aside.
STEP 5
Heat oil in another skillet. Add shrimp seasoned with Creole seasoning; cook until slightly pink.
STEP 6
Mix in the Creole sauce with shrimp; cook until shrimp are fully cooked.
