Sexy Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients
8 oz
Spaghetti
1/4 cup
Olive oil
1/4 cup
Butter
4 cloves
Garlic
1 lb
Shrimp (peeled)
1/2 cup
White wine
1
Lemon (juiced)
2 tbsp
Parsley (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
Spices and Seasonings
Instructions
STEP 1
Cook pasta in salted water until al dente.
STEP 2
In a skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
STEP 3
Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
STEP 4
Add shrimp and cook until pink.
STEP 5
Pour in white wine, simmer and reduce.
STEP 6
Stir in lemon juice and parsley.
STEP 7
Toss pasta with sauce and top with shrimp.
