In a large bowl mix together the cereals, wheat germ, nuts, seeds, milk powder, flour, spices and orange rind.

Combine the honey, boiling water and apple juice and pour over the dry mix. Toss well to combine.
STEP 4
Spread the granola in a large baking pan and bake for 20 minutes or until the mixture turns a deep golden color. The granola will continue to crisp as it cools.
STEP 5
Scrape the granola into a large bowl and break up any chunks. When cool add the dried fruits and mix well.
STEP 6
Store in an airtight container. Add dried fruit to individual servings.
