Sausage Casserole

shredded potatoes

small curd cottage cheese

mild Cheddar cheese

Instructions
STEP 1
Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
STEP 2
Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
STEP 3
Heat a skillet. Cook sausage until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Drain grease.
STEP 4
Mix shredded potatoes and butter in the baking dish; press into bottom and sides.
STEP 5
In a bowl, mix sausage, cottage cheese, Cheddar cheese, onion, and eggs. Pour over potato mixture.
STEP 6
Bake for about 1 hour until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
