Red Finger Chilli

Garlic
Instructions

Heat oil in a wok to 180C.

Toss chicken in flour mixture and fry for 2-3 minutes until golden.

Turn chicken and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Drain.

Heat remaining oil and sauté spring onions, chilli, garlic, and pepper for 1-2 minutes.

Add fried chicken and toss until coated. Cook for a further 2-3 minutes.
