Ramen Coleslaw
Ingredients
1/2 medium
cabbage, shredded

green onions, chopped
1 package (3 ounces)
ramen noodles, crushed
1/4 cup
sliced almonds
2 tablespoons
sesame seeds
3 tablespoons
white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons
vegetable oil
2 tablespoons
white sugar
1/2 teaspoon
salt
1/2 teaspoon
ground black pepper
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
STEP 2
Combine cabbage, green onions, and crushed ramen noodles in a large salad bowl; set aside.
STEP 3
Spread almonds and sesame seeds evenly onto a baking sheet.
STEP 4
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
STEP 5
Meanwhile, make dressing by whisking vinegar, oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and seasoning packet in a medium bowl.
STEP 6
Pour dressing over cabbage mixture; toss to coat evenly. Sprinkle with toasted almonds and sesame seeds.
