Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
STEP 2
Sift together mochiko, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, combine eggs, pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir egg mixture into mochiko mixture. Pour into the prepared dish.
STEP 3
Bake for 1 hour. Allow to cool before serving.
