Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
STEP 2
Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan.
STEP 3
In a bowl, mix together pumpkin puree, sugar, and eggs until well combined.

In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
STEP 5
Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until smooth.
STEP 6
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
STEP 7
Prepare the crumb topping by mixing flour, brown sugar, and butter until crumbly.
STEP 8
Sprinkle the crumb topping over the batter.

Bake for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
