Pumpkin Cobbler

white sugar

eggs

pumpkin puree

evaporated milk
1 teaspoon
orange extract
1 teaspoon
ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon
ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon
ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon
salt
1 package
cake mix
1/4 cup
unsalted butter
Instructions
STEP 1
Gather all ingredients. Preheat oven to 350°F.
STEP 2
Spray an 8-inch square baking dish with cooking spray.
STEP 3
Combine sugar and eggs in a bowl; whisk until light and fluffy.
STEP 4
Add pumpkin puree, evaporated milk, orange extract, cinnamon, ginger, cloves, and salt; mix until well combined.
STEP 5
Pour pumpkin mixture into the prepared baking dish.
STEP 6
Lightly sprinkle cake mix over the pumpkin mixture until completely covered.
STEP 7
Slowly drizzle melted butter over cake mix.
STEP 8
Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes to 1 hour, until set and golden brown.
