Pork and Vegetable Stir-Fry

Shaoxing rice wine

fresh chicken stock
Instructions
STEP 1
Simmer pork belly in spices and water.
STEP 2
Refrigerate pork for marinating overnight.
STEP 3
Slice pork and marinate with sauces.
STEP 4
Heat oil in a wok and sear pork.
STEP 5
Blanch French beans and set aside.
STEP 6
Stir-fry garlic, onions, and vegetables.
STEP 7
Mix stir-fry sauce ingredients.
STEP 8
Combine pork with vegetables and sauce. Serve.
