Pork Ribs and Sauerkraut and Dumplings

sauerkraut
1 cup
water

garlic powder

Instructions

Empty a quart of sauerkraut into a baking pan and place ribs on top - rinse out sauerkraut jar and pour a cup of water over ribs - add salt, pepper, garlic, and onion powder.

Bake at 400° for at least an hour.

Drop biscuit dough on top of ribs by large spoonful; reduce heat to 350° and bake another 20 minutes or until dough is golden.

For dumplings you can use canned or box mix biscuit dough or make your own.
