Pork Chow Mein
Ingredients

chicken broth

Instructions
STEP 1
Heat oil in a skillet; cook pork until browned.
STEP 2
Add onion and mushrooms; cook until tender.
STEP 3
Add broth, celery, salt, and pepper; boil then simmer.
STEP 4
Stir in bean sprouts and almonds; mix in sauce.
STEP 5
Whisk soy sauce and cornstarch; add to mixture until thickened.
