Pomodori alla marchigiana (Le Marche-style baked tomatoes)

medium-large tomatoes
1 clove
garlic, finely chopped
20 g
parmesan cheese, grated
50 g
fresh breadcrumbs
1 sprig
rosemary, chopped
2-3 sprigs
parsley, chopped

Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 200°C fan/gas 7. Arrange tomatoes in a dish, cut-side up, and sprinkle with salt. In a bowl, mix garlic, parmesan, breadcrumbs, and herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
STEP 2
Top tomatoes with breadcrumb mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and bake for 25-30 minutes until tender and golden.
