crushed tomatoes

chicken breast

black pepper
1 tablespoon
balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup
shredded Italian cheese

pepperoni

sliced black olives

Spread 1/2 of the crushed tomatoes in a baking dish. Add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, 1/2 teaspoon onion powder, and 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning; stir to combine.

Lay chicken on top and season with the remaining salt and black pepper.

Cover chicken with remaining tomatoes, then drizzle with balsamic vinegar. Sprinkle remaining spices and cover with cheese.

Top with pepperoni, olives, and bell pepper.

Bake about 20 minutes until cheese is melted and chicken is cooked to 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
