Perfect Ten Baked Cod
Ingredients
4 fillets
cod
1/4 cup
butter
1/4 cup
lemon juice
2 cloves
garlic
1/4 cup
parsley
1/2 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper
Instructions
STEP 1
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
STEP 2
Season the cod fillets with salt and pepper.
STEP 3
Place butter in a baking dish and melt in the oven.
STEP 4
Add lemon juice, garlic, and parsley into the melted butter.
STEP 5
Place cod in the dish and spoon sauce over it.
STEP 6
Bake for 12-15 minutes, until cod is flaky.
