Fill espresso machine reservoir with water.

Spoon ground espresso into portafilter.

Tamp coffee grounds down tightly.

Lock portafilter into your espresso machine.

Place a vessel under the portafilter, and pull the shot for 23 to 30 seconds.

Pour milk into a pitcher and steam using the steam wand until foamy.

Top espresso with foamed milk and sprinkle with cinnamon.
